Claire Bailey MSc FCCA
Managing Director
My focus is simple: ensuring infrastructure design and build always comes back down to what finance needs to enable growth without compromise. Focused on delivering projects where NetSuite is part of a wider infrastructure design programme, with various complexities, connectors and data flows across multiple integrated platforms. I thrive on continuous learning and development and believe that knowledge both for my team, and knowledge delivered to clients is the key to both achieving and delivering success. Based in rural Northamptonshire I spend my time walking my dogs, and enjoy horse riding and taking my horse out to local events whenever possible.
Iain Cruden FCCA
Lead NetSuite Consultant
Having worked with NetSuite for the past seven years with a focus on best practice, conformity and controls across international groups I have maintained a focus on core financial roles and practices within NetSuite.
Working across the full lifecycle of NetSuite programmes, from the initial pre-project discussions on scope, through to long term post project support across a variety of sectors and regions. I am a keen drummer and dog walker to my two dogs, Buffy and Shandy, and reside in Inverness.

Having worked in finance for my whole career, I have been involved in every aspect of a finance department – from core processes such as accounts payable and receivable to strategic elements, such as budget preparation, and more complex transactions including acquisition accounting and due diligence. I have worked in a variety of sectors, including retail, travel and FCMG, and throughout my career to date have enjoyed understanding and getting involved in the different accounting systems used as well as building financial models in excel. Outside the working environment, I love a good walk with my Keeshond puppy Naga, mountain hiking and relaxing with a spot of tea.

career, with the last 9 years being purely focused on NetSuite and its surrounding platforms such as NSPB. As a qualified accountant and experienced technical systems consultant, I strive to bridge the gap between IT and finance, delivering real world solutions to streamline the processes within
business.

Financial Administrator & Data Analyst
I am a NetSuite Administrator working as a Financial Administrator and Data Analyst, covering data migrations, transformations and cleansing. Following a year in industry after completing my Masters Degree, I am now studying to gain my ACCA qualifications. I have worked on a variety of different projects for various clients and strive to continue to increase my knowledge and skills. I’m based in rural Northamptonshire and enjoy riding and competing my horse, as well as painting and drawing.

Success is everything in business, it's your delivery, execution, ability and reputation. I ensure that every member of our team has the tools they need to do their job well, at all times. Here at ERP we believe in ongoing training and development, and ensuring that the right training is booked for the members of the team. These internal changes forecast the progression of individual staff members, allowing them to gain qualifications, and earn more responsibilities. As an expanding, busy office, a large part of my role is to manage and facilitate this growth. This means I largely concentrate on everything that goes on behind the scenes, therefore enabling the team to focus purely on the clients.
Dan, Mike, and Sam
Inhouse Developers
We are a team of 3 inhouse developers to cover all of your Celigo and NetSuite needs, from standard scripting and development to more custom complex designs. Everything we do is created for your individual needs and made to be future proof.
Dan is based in Oxford and was one of the first developers to implement NetSuite in the UK and his speciality includes scripts and workflows. In his free time Dan is part of a Jazz band and tours the country to play live.
Mike specialises in scripting and workflows, and resides in the Dales with his family and great dane puppy.
Sam is a Celigo specialist and can use the standard linking connections as well as building custom integrations for your needs. He resides in Dorset with his family.
Nikki Scarman
Finance Transformation Lead & Project Manager
As a qualified Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, my focus is on finance transformation programmes where the NetSuite delivery is part of a wider project. Working as either the project manager or workstream lead I can offer clients NetSuite insights, financial knowledge alongside the PM piece. I have worked with the majority of ERP's clients to ensure success with the delivery of their projects, assisting with the system administration and change management within their organisation. I am a mother to three children living in the outskirts of Northampton, and have a Frenchie called Flump.
Shelley Rogers
Project Accountant
I am an AAT qualified accountant with extensive NetSuite experience. With a history in working with organisations to streamline and adopt best practice focusing on accounts receivables and payables, with extensive knowledge on Sox and Audit compliance across international groups. I live on a dairy farm in the Peak District, UK, with my young family.
