Awaze Group is the largest managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business in Europe which brings together some of the continent’s most trusted travel brands, including cottages.com, Hoseasons, James Villa Holidays, Landal GreenParks and Novasol. As part of a major finance transformation project to implement Oracle Netsuite across the Group replacing a number of their existing (different) ERP systems; it was decided to leverage Oracle Netsuite Planning and Budgeting to replace the Group reporting tool as part of the same project. In addition to Group reporting, the Oracle Netsuite programme scope included incorporating a more sophisticated processes for the whole Group. Claire worked with our internal team, management and finance teams to Design and delivered European wide Finance Transformation programme, combining changes in people, processes, technology and data changes, based on Oracle Netsuite that would enable our Group to improve their processes and provide business visibility and continuity.
